Nailor trimmed to 190 lbs, signaling shift from Minnesota's Z role.

Nailor dropped from 200 to 190 pounds, returning to his NFL entry weight after Minnesota asked him to bulk up for a bigger Z receiver role; the Raiders' weight reduction suggests they plan to use him in a different, likely more slot-oriented or speed-based role.
