My take: Pearsall being done for the year is the real domino. San Francisco brought Deebo Samuel back to help fill the void left by Ricky Pearsall's season-ending injury. The source is not convinced Deebo is the better pick compared to rookie De'zhaun Stribling, preferring the youth and upside of the rookie over the clearly declining veteran, even in Week 1.
