Hall is projected at RB13 (229.9 FPTS) versus ECR of RB15, a +2 differential. Despite finishing as the RB20 in fantasy points per game last year amid dreadful quarterback play and a 29th-ranked offense, he ran behind an offensive line that ranked seventh in adjusted yards before contact per attempt. The Jets added Geno Smith, Omar Cooper Jr., and Kenyan Sadiq to improve the offensive environment, and the offensive line remains largely intact with Dylan Parham added. Hall should enjoy more scoring opportunities this season and hopefully a bounce back in the receiving department. He should be considered a top-shelf RB2 with RB1 upside.
