With a healthier offensive line in 2026, Herbert can flirt with elite fantasy QB status. In five games with Joe Alt in 2025, Herbert averaged 23.9 PPG; in twelve games without Alt, he averaged 16.2 PPG. With Mike McDaniel as the new offensive coordinator, a revamped interior offensive line (Tyler Biadasz, Cole Strange, Jake Slaughter), 12-personnel deployment with tight ends, and a favorable schedule improving from 13th to 21st (29th in projected strength of schedule), Herbert's ceiling is sky-high.
