Allen's quality play could ease concerns about fragile receiving corps.

The source identifies Allen as a backup receiver competing for a roster spot and notes that if he and other backup receivers (Royals, Armstrong) prove to be quality role players in the regular season, it would alleviate the source's high concern about the fragility of the starting receiving corps.
