KC Concepcion was my WR2 in this year's draft and is an explosive separator who can win with the ball in his hands. There are obvious quarterback questions in Cleveland but if Concepcion gets the short-area layup role, he could offset that. I just think the talent is well worth the risk at an ADP outside the top-120 picks for such a talented player.
