Moore and Cooper have both out-played Brown by a wide margin... Moore averaged 50 catches for 541 yards from 2021 through 2024 with the Jets and Browns. Moore is more likely to clear waivers than Cooper, so the move might be to keep Brown and Cooper, cut Moore and try to get him back on the practice squad.

Moore out-played Brown but faces practice squad risk due to guaranteed money disparity.

Elijah Moore has out-played Hollywood Brown by a wide margin in camp and has had a strong camp, but faces a roster spot battle with Darius Cooper and Brown. Moore is a proven veteran who averaged 50 catches for 541 yards from 2021 through 2024 with the Jets and Browns. However, Moore is on a minimum-wage deal with no guarantees while Brown received $5 million guaranteed, and Moore is more likely to clear waivers than Cooper, so the Eagles might cut Moore and try to get him back on the practice squad rather than keep him on the 53-man roster.
