STACKED’s take
Bachman returns to Rams as veteran depth receiver and special-teams contributor.
Signed by the Rams after seven years away from the organization; originally an undrafted free agent in 2019 out of Wake Forest (82 catches, 1,162 yards, 10 TDs over 32 games; sub-4.5 40-yard dash). Has bounced around the league (Giants, Texans, Raiders) as a special-teams contributor and depth receiver with five career catches. Returns to L.A. as a veteran body to manage injuries in the receiver room, particularly with Puka Nacua dealing with psoas soreness. Unlikely to make the 53-man roster given the Rams' depth, but could stick on the practice squad or contribute on special teams; provides speed, agility, and precise route-running as a depth piece and return specialist.
