From the article
Mike Evans is gone, and Emeka Egbuka and Chris Godwin Jr. are both described as "day-to-day, week-to-week" by head coach Todd Bowles. This opens up opportunity for McMillan, who has teased his potential before (eight touchdowns as a rookie, and 11.9 yards per target on limited work last year). Given that McMillan has already shown production at the pro level, I see him as a screaming value just inside Pick 130.

McMillan's eight rookie TDs and 11.9 yards per target make him screaming value at Pick 130 with Evans gone.
McMillan has significant opportunity opening up in Tampa with Mike Evans gone and Emeka Egbuka and Chris Godwin Jr. both described as "day-to-day, week-to-week" by head coach Todd Bowles. McMillan teased his potential with eight touchdowns as a rookie and 11.9 yards per target on limited work last year. Baker Mayfield's average season in Tampa is good for about 4,000 passing yards and 31 touchdowns—someone will benefit downfield. Given that McMillan has already shown production at the pro level, he represents screaming value just inside Pick 130.
