Chicago's improved offense and Williams' second year in Johnson's system support Loveland's upside.

Loveland's appeal extends beyond his individual talent to the offensive environment: Caleb Williams is entering his second year in Ben Johnson's system and Chicago has a chance to be one of the better offenses in football. Loveland's 9.1-yard aDOT gives him more downfield upside than the typical tight end who lives underneath. However, competition from Rome Odunze, Luther Burden III, and Cole Kmet means Loveland may have to be extremely efficient if the target tree stays crowded.
