The Buccaneers TE is a pretty easy target in the mid-to-late range of fantasy drafts. If Baker Mayfield stays healthy and the Bucs' offense rebounds to 2024 form (when they finished fourth in the NFL with nearly 30 points per game), Otton could become a great fantasy value.
