Cousins backs Nailor's upside; mentoring Mendoza in new Raiders system.

Cousins joined the Raiders as quarterback mentor for Fernando Mendoza and expressed enthusiasm about Jalen Nailor's potential in a bigger role. Cousins played with Nailor in Minnesota in 2022 and 2023 and believes Nailor's limited production there was due to target competition from Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen rather than lack of ability.
