I think with Max Bredeson able to function as a blocking tight-end/H-back, Bartholomew's receiving ability may be more attractive than Yurosek's blocking ability.

Bartholomew's receiving skills earn TE3 spot over Yurosek.

Gavin Bartholomew is projected as TE3 on the 53-man roster. With Max Bredeson able to function as a blocking tight-end/H-back, Bartholomew's receiving ability is more attractive than Ben Yurosek's blocking ability, giving the offense two receiving and two blocking tight ends.
