Boutte traded to Texans; Chiefs miss best remaining WR upgrade option.

The source identifies Boutte as the best remaining wide receiver option on the trade block, but the Houston Texans acquired him from the New England Patriots on Monday, removing him from availability. The source frames this as a missed opportunity for the Chiefs, stating 'the Houston Texans removed the best remaining player from the trade block' and noting that 'the options weren't all that exciting if the Kansas City Chiefs were considering a preseason upgrade to the wide receiver corps.' This eliminates a potential upgrade path for Kansas City's WR depth.
