Wilson praises Reich's simplified approach and personalized understanding of his skill set.

Garrett Wilson expressed confidence in Frank Reich's coaching philosophy, noting that Reich studied him thoroughly before their first conversation, understood which routes and plays best suited his skill set, and shared a clear plan to deploy him. Wilson contrasted this with modern offenses he views as overcomplicated, praising Reich's approach as a return to simplified football that lets elite talent operate freely—similar to how Terrell Owens was deployed by his coaches.
