Schoonmaker's depth chart tumble may be delayed by Trigg's injury; trade candidate.

After losing the TE2 job to Brevyn Spann-Ford, Schoonmaker's tumble down the depth chart looked inevitable with the emergence of Michael Trigg, but may be stalled/delayed for now. Trigg's toe injury may get him stashed on IR in order to secure his services, saving Schoonmaker's job. However, he's in the final year of his rookie deal with someone waiting in the wings to replace him. The Cowboys may shop him; maybe someone will part with a future pick on the former second-round TE.
