Dalton is no longer functioning as a true QB2; he has received significantly more reps with the second-team offense than Tanner McKee this offseason, which is strange given the Eagles' Super Bowl aspirations. Kelee Ringo suspects McKee will be the QB2 this season and Dalton will either be traded or cut, though until that happens, Dalton technically holds the QB2 role. Dalton's spotty play in an offense he had experience with makes it hard to see why the Eagles felt compelled to push McKee and cut into his reps in a new scheme.
