Davis has surpassed Blue in the RB2 competition after strong early preseason showings.

Running back competing with Jaydon Blue for the RB2 spot behind Javonte Williams. Started training camp behind both Blue and Phil Mafah but has surpassed Blue through strong preseason performance. After the first preseason game, Davis looked to have surpassed Blue, then showed more of the same with a good performance against the Cardinals, though both runners played to a stalemate last Saturday.
