Willis resting in preseason finale; limited preseason action by design.

Dolphins plan to rest Willis in preseason finale against Atlanta Falcons; Willis and Miami's starting offense played only one drive in preseason (scoring a rushing touchdown against Washington), then sat most veteran starters the following week against New York Giants, with the same rest plan continuing tonight.
