Maybe Tua Tagovailoa starts Week 1, especially with Michael Penix Jr. working his way back at a pace that doesn't risk his recovery...Tua's going to have to hope Penix isn't ready and then will need to be superb just to hold the gig, though I think he showed enough to hold the job if Penix isn't A) 110% ready to go and B) impressive over the next two weeks.
