With Kiner now on the team, that might not be the case. While adding him to the mix is not guaranteed to cost all four of Larison, Miller, Haskins and Hasty their jobs, it certainly muddies the outlook for them. Fact is, after all, that the newest addition to the room is a quasi-lock to be on the initial 53-man roster.

Positive signalDepth Chart

Kiner is Patriots' RB3 lock, threatening depth chart spots for Larison, Miller, Haskins, Hasty.

Acquired by the Patriots in a trade with Arizona, Kiner is now the quasi-lock RB3 on New England's roster behind settled starters Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson. His arrival muddies the depth chart outlook for the quartet of Lan Larison, Jam Miller, Hassan Haskins, and JaMycal Hasty, with Kiner's roster security far more settled than any other back outside the top two.
