Schrader finished the game with 13 runs for 42 yards, including a long of 12. He caught 6 passes for 90 yards and a touchdown as well. He also got some work in the blocking game and really impressed...I think Schrader is a lock on the team as a practice squad player.

Schrader impresses with 90 receiving yards and TD; practice squad lock.

Cody Schrader put on an impressive performance in the preseason finale with 13 runs for 42 yards (long of 12), 6 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown, plus solid blocking work; the source projects him as a lock for the practice squad but cautions that one strong game against backup-level competition may not be enough to guarantee roster retention over Jaleel McLaughlin.
