Third-round draft choice Jalen Milroe got the entire second half against Tennessee but could not lead the offense to a score in five series, finishing 6-for-11 passing for 52 yards and two interceptions plus one run for 16 yards. His first interception came when he tried to hit Montorie Foster Jr. over the middle and threw it to Tennessee linebacker Anthony Hill Jr., leading to a Titans field goal. His second interception came when a pass intended for rookie Emmanuel Henderson went to Tennessee's Derrick Canteen after Henderson slipped and fell. Head coach Mike Macdonald said 'You say two picks, it sounds a certain way. Let's watch the tape and see what we can improve there, but I know he's upset. He's disappointed. But we have a long way to go, man. He's still got opportunity to improve and take his game to another level.'
