Concepcion, a first-rounder, has a real chance to step up as a leading target in the Browns' offense; he is dynamic with both quickness and speed and has excellent ball tracking. However, his fantasy production is hindered by a crowded receivers room (also includes second-round pick Denzel Boston, Jerry Jeudy, Isaiah Bond, and TE Harold Fannin Jr.) and a problematic quarterbacks situation: Deshaun Watson is the starter despite poor performance, with backup options including second-year QBs Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel (both had shaky rookie seasons) and sixth-round rookie Taylen Green. Concepcion is intriguing in dynasty formats but a difficult re-draft evaluation.
