The source's personal favorite in Round 4's terrific wide receiver tier, ahead of Tee Higgins, Rashee Rice, Jaylen Waddle, and Tetairoa McMillan. The Ravens are expected to throw more often this season, and with Isaiah Likely departed, Mark Andrews limited (422 yards in 17 games), Ja'Kobi Lane a rookie, Rashod Bateman a bust, and Derrick Henry rarely catching passes, Flowers should improve on his 86-catch, 1,211-yard 2025 effort.
