Devin Achane is a phenomenal player despite significant concerns about the Miami Dolphins offense. He averaged 17 PPR points per game and is hugely efficient in the receiving game, with the offense built around his pass-catching ability. Even during the Dolphins' worst stretch last year (Tua death spiral), Achane scored 40, 21, 19, 17, 18, 14 points over the back half of the season, making him feel pretty safe to take.
