Kubiak's Raiders system should unlock Jeanty's upside if healthy.

Jeanty stands to benefit from Klint Kubiak's hire as Raiders offensive coordinator. Kubiak's 2025 Seattle offense made heavy use of personnel packages to increase passing game efficiency, ran under-center play action, and ranked fifth in dropback motion rate. Matt Harmon notes this was a great hire but cautions 'Let's just hope Ashton Jeanty will be on the field to reap the benefits of this new system,' indicating health concerns temper the upside.
