Lynch said George Kittle returning is 'a combination of a lot of things' when asked if he could play in Week 1: 'Yesterday was the first time that he got involved in team reps...George is pushing. He's got tremendous energy each and every day...The way he's approached this rehab has been tremendous. We'll see where it goes, but it certainly has us encouraged.'

Tight end beginning ramp-up from injury with encouraging progress; participated in team reps for first time, a significant milestone in his return. Lynch said Kittle has done 'a ton of volume to the side' and 'looked incredible doing it.' Kittle is pushing hard with tremendous energy and has approached rehab exceptionally well. Lynch expressed encouragement about his trajectory but Week 1 availability remains uncertain pending how his body responds over the next couple of days.
