Yahoo Sports NFL on Anthony Smith

Smith's speed and hands earn PS spot despite crowded WR depth chart and rookie status.

Seventh-round pick Anthony Smith faced a crowded WR room with CeeDee Lamb, George Pickels, and Ryan Flournoy at the top, plus Jonathan Mingo's breakout and UDFA Camden Brown's preseason success. Smith lands on the PS where his speed will be valuable in practice; he has a long way to go to be viable in this ultra-experienced offense, but is a capable gadget player with strong hands that Dallas is developing as one of just two 2026 offensive draft picks.
