Milton cleared waivers unclaimed after demotion to QB3 behind Sam Howell.

Milton was demoted to QB3 in favor of free-agent pickup Sam Howell after serving as Dak Prescott's primary backup for over a year; he has since cleared waivers unclaimed and is now a free agent eligible for practice squad signings, raising questions about league-wide confidence in his development despite over a year of work with Brian Schottenheimer's coaching staff.
