Beyond that, Bernard is a rugged short-area dominator who in theory pairs well with Aaron Rodgers' ever-increasing reliance on getting the ball out quickly and crisply. He won't be winning any target competitions with Michael Pittman Jr., but Bernard should be the Steelers' WR3 right off the bat, and he has the kind of skill-set that could make some PPR noise.
