KC Concepcion is my wide receiver league winner, although Parker Washington and De'Zhaun Stribling were the other two names I seriously considered. Cleveland selected him 24th overall; he earned a place in the first-team rotation, won the team's top-rookie camp award, and has the three-level ability and after-catch talent to become the Browns' leading receiver despite an ECR of WR49.

Concepcion is a league-winner sleeper with playoff schedule upside despite WR49 ECR.

KC Concepcion is a league-winner candidate despite ECR of WR49; Cleveland selected him 24th overall, he earned first-team rotation placement, won the team's top-rookie camp award, and possesses three-level ability and after-catch talent to become the Browns' leading receiver. His appeal is greatest late in the season as his role expands, and FantasyPros gives him the easiest fantasy-playoff receiver schedule (Giants, Ravens, Colts). Sharp-market players Theo Gremminger and Dan Williamson took him in NFFC Primetime, reinforcing this is a sharp play, not merely a random deep sleeper.
