Tucker is a borderline top-30 wide receiver in Week 1 despite being drafted as a late-round upside pick, finishing last year as WR38 averaging 9.5 PPR fantasy points per game on a dysfunctional passing attack. With Brock Bowers out with a knee injury, Tucker will see an uptick in targets. Miami surrendered 17 receiving touchdowns to wide receivers (seventh-most in the league) and allowed at least one in 76.5% of matchups; the Dolphins' secondary is arguably the worst in the NFL outside rookie cornerback Chris Johnson. Raiders QB Kirk Cousins will have to distribute the ball elsewhere, and the Dolphins lack a strong pass rush to support their inexperienced defensive backs. Tucker's preseason usage made it clear the Raiders regard him as their No. 1 wide receiver, making him a great Week 1 spot start and DFS free square.
