I think the one thing about Kyler is, he's really done a nice job finding completions... he would go six, seven, eight, you know, attempts in a row just putting the ball in play, and we're moving the football... if you don't account for him, it's well documented: He can not only get out and get a first down, but he can totally flip the field in one play.

O'Connell praises Murray's intermediate passing and dual-threat ability to flip field

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell praised Murray's passing ability and field movement in his first offseason with the team. O'Connell highlighted Murray's completion-finding skills, noting he had "six, seven, eight attempts in a row just putting the ball in play" during joint practices against Baltimore, and emphasized Murray's arsenal of throws to attack different areas of the field, particularly the intermediate range. O'Connell also stressed Murray's dual-threat ability as a weapon against traditional coverages: "if you don't account for him, it's well documented: He can not only get out and get a first down, but he can totally flip the field in one play."
