Douglas' 94 yards and 7 targets signal lead role; risky Week 2 vs. 49ers defense.
Caleb Douglas, a third-round pick in the 2026 draft, is rostered in only 12% of Yahoo leagues but reportedly had a terrific training camp. In Miami's season opener, Douglas played 50 of 55 offensive snaps, drew seven targets, and led the Dolphins with five catches for 94 yards, averaging 13.4 yards per target. Douglas might be the team's No. 1 receiver, albeit on a team with a limited passing game. Douglas would be a risky Week 2 start against a 49ers defense that kept Rams wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams in check in Week 1, but he's worth a bench spot in midsize and large leagues if roster space is available.
