If Murray isn't able to go this coming Sunday and the Vikings want to have three quarterbacks on the roster when they face the Bears, they will have to release or waive a player from the main roster so they can sign Max Brosmer from the practice squad.

Max Brosmer is currently on the Minnesota Vikings practice squad. If Kyler Murray is unable to play against Chicago and the Vikings want three quarterbacks on the active roster, they would need to sign Brosmer from the practice squad by releasing or waiving another player from the main roster, as emergency quarterbacks must be on the 53-man roster and cannot be elevated from the practice squad.
