From the article
Jaxson Dart's 23 of 29, 230-yard, 3 TD, 0 INT performance was given a grade of…65.8, smack in the middle of their "average" range... he had two turnover-worthy plays... He also did not have any "big-time," throws... Dart was an amazing 19 of 22 when kept clean, including all three of his TD passes. NeutralProjection
Dart's efficient game masked lack of deep-ball production and two turnover-worthy plays.
Dart's 23 of 29, 230-yard, 3 TD, 0 INT performance earned a 65.8 PFF grade despite a 134.2 passer rating. PFF grades on degree of difficulty and turnover avoidance; Dart had two turnover-worthy plays despite no interceptions and zero big-time throws (only 1 of 3 completions on balls thrown beyond 20 yards). He was 19 of 22 when kept clean with all three TDs, but 4 of 7 for 57 yards under pressure with both turnover-worthy plays occurring under pressure. The source notes Dart did what he had to do to win but will need to show he can hurt defenses deep on a consistent basis.
