DJ Moore's Bills debut: 5 catches, 100 yards, TD; PFF grade 79; Brady praises connection with Allen
DJ Moore had a strong Buffalo Bills debut following his March 11 trade from the Chicago Bears, catching five passes on eight targets for 100 receiving yards and a touchdown in a 36-31 win over the Houston Texans. He scored on a tight sideline throw from Josh Allen that he turned into a 43-yard touchdown sprint. Pro Football Focus graded Moore at 79 in the pass attack. Head coach Joe Brady noted Moore's impact: "He opens it up for everybody with big play opportunities, he made them. That shot in the endzone [a 46-yard pass interference], never shows up in a statbook but it was a huge completion, so he opens it up for us. We're so much better with him. You can tell the connection [Josh Allen] and him have." This was Moore's 23rd career 100-yard game.
