Flowers' hamstring injury likely sidelines him Week 2; Schefter says unrealistic to expect.
Flowers had a monster first half, catching 5 of 6 targets for a career-high 150 yards and a touchdown—all before exiting at halftime with a hamstring injury and did not return. Most of his production came away from Sauce Gardner, including 67 yards on two catches against rookie corner Justin Walley. His true adjusted target share (21.4%) and box score are otherwise aligned. Minter has labeled Flowers as day-to-day, but Adam Schefter reported it's probably unrealistic to expect him in Week 2. The source, as a heavy Flowers investor, would rather he take extra time to get back to 100% than risk re-injury.
