He finished 20-of-29 for 334 yards and four total touchdowns (two passing, two rushing) with 357 total yards against a Texans defense that led the NFL in EPA per play, success rate, and yards per play a year ago. According to PFF, Allen posted a 69.7 passing grade with an 8.8% big-time-throw rate and completion percentage 14.3 points above expectation, ranking fourth among all quarterbacks in EPA per play for the week. If this turns into the shootout it has the potential to be against Detroit, Buffalo's margin for error shrinks to whatever Allen can create.
