Jones completed 19 of 31 passes for 166 yards, one touchdown and one interception in his first game back from a torn Achilles. His movement looked good both in and out of the pocket, but he started multiple drives with horrible field position and faced great Kyle Hamilton blitzes off the edge. The source notes that if Shane Steichen can adjust to help Jones get the ball out quicker and Jones can execute that plan, he can reach his level of play from 2025, though that is described as a big ask.
