Must-start WR against Patriots' man coverage; ranks 3rd in FPPR vs. man

Washington is a must-start WR this week against New England's man-heavy defense (31% man coverage rate, top-five in league). He trails only Jaxon Smith-Njigba in target share (38%) and accounts for 50% of Jacksonville's air yards. Against man coverage, Washington ranks third in the league in fantasy points per route (2.32 FPPR) and was targeted on 32% of his routes against man coverage last season (top-12 rate). New England's Christian Gonzalez will likely shadow Brian Thomas, freeing Washington to exploit the rest of the defense as he did against Denver last week.
