Instead, pursuing an option like Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray could make sense. The veteran suffered a concussion in Week 1, but he is expected to return to play in Week 3.

Murray's favorable schedule (TB, MIA) and dual-threat upside make him a cheap trade target.

Murray is a solid buy-low trade candidate despite suffering a concussion in Week 1; he is expected to return in Week 3. He will have a favorable schedule upon his return, facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3 (who just allowed Deshaun Watson to complete 24 of 30 for 238 yards and two TDs) and the Miami Dolphins in Week 4 (one of the NFL's worst rosters). Last season, Murray averaged 192.4 passing yards and 34.6 rushing yards per game across five starts. Trading for Murray wouldn't be too costly, as most fantasy managers view him in the backup or streamer category, so a flex-caliber player may be enough to get a deal done.
