Judkins has struggled through two games, averaging just 2.25 yards per carry with zero carries of 10+ yards, but faces Carolina, which has allowed more rushing yards per game than any other team and gives up the most fantasy points to running backs. With Dylan Sampson on injured reserve, Judkins has no competition for carries; he saw 69.1% snap share last week and has taken all three of Cleveland's red-zone carries. He should have plenty of opportunities to bounce back and finish as at least an RB2.
