Derrick Henry is the blunt instrument, and, well, he's still pretty good. Henry opened 2026 with 144 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries against Indianapolis. He followed that with 68 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries against New Orleans... But something interesting happened in the Saints game. Henry had just two carries in the second half.

However, concerning usage pattern emerged in Week 2: only 2 carries in second half vs NO as Ravens attempted to protect lead, contributing to offensive stagnation (shutout in final 18 minutes). Ravens offense most dangerous when Jackson and Henry work in tandem; if Cowboys can force Baltimore one-dimensional by slowing Henry, Ravens become more manageable offensively.
