George Pickens is a talented receiver, but he's reportedly someone coaches found difficult to work with, and who put plenty of tape out there where he didn't appear to be giving his full effort, a trait that's followed him to Dallas. The Steelers traded him away, and the trade compounds with the Metcalf trade because if they don't trade Pickens, the Metcalf trade is less likely.
