RJ [Harvey] was out, and then J.K. [Dobbins] got nicked up and wasn't able to finish. I think all three of those players we're discussing can be bell cow, handle a majority of the carries.

Harvey remains depth chart starter; Payton confirms bell cow capability despite absence.

RJ Harvey was out during Denver's win over Jacksonville, with Jonah Coleman filling the void. Sean Payton confirmed Harvey is one of three backs capable of functioning as a 'bell cow' type back and should remain ahead of Coleman on the depth chart barring injury, though the coach acknowledged uncertainty about the running back rotation going forward.
