McConkey's 20% target share and weak Chargers WR room support top-25 WR finish.

McConkey survived Week 2 without a setback despite needing a rib injection; he's the WR21 on WR38 usage with a 20% target share this year despite missing an entire half. It would be stunning if he's not a top-25 fantasy WR considering how bad the rest of the Chargers' room is and how depleted their TE room is after placing David Njoku on IR and ruling Charlie Kolar out for weeks.
