Chase fined $44,778 for celebration; calls on NFLPA to fight league fines.

Chase and Tee Higgins have been making plays through the Bengals' 2-0 start, performing the "people's elbow" celebration after touchdowns. Chase was fined by the NFL for the celebration and has called on NFL players and the NFLPA to fight these celebration fines, arguing "This is where the superstars have to get in with NFLPA and fight for our money. I'm getting fined for an elbow. … It's a wrestling move." Chase and Higgins were fined a combined $89,556 for their celebrations. This marks another fine for Chase, who previously received a $500,000+ fine and one-game suspension for spitting on Jalen Ramsey, plus five other fines totaling under $100,000.
