Preferred start with a consistent, high-volume role

Deebo Samuel is a preferred fantasy start against the Cardinals due to his consistent role, which includes significant target volume (7 targets, 4 targets) and consistent rushing attempts. If Mike Evans is inactive, Samuel's ranking is expected to increase significantly.
